Customer Notice:

  1. Customers can order our products by phone or by e-mail. The processes are listed as follows:

  2. Order Confirmation
    After receiving a customer request, the company would call the customer during office hours to confirm the order. Please note that orders received after 3:00 pm will be processed the next working day. In the event that the company cannot contact the customer within three working days, the order shall be deemed cancelled.
  3. Payment Methods
    After the order is confirmed by the company, customers can make payment using the following methods. If the customer’s payment cannot be confirmed within three working day, the order shall be deemed cancelled.
    Customers can deposit the payment at a bank, or transfer the payment using an ATM. The receiver’s account number is listed below:

    For customers who are not current users of the company’s monthly office cleaning service, delivery can only be arranged after the company has received 100% of the payment.
    For customers who are current users of the company’s monthly office cleaning service, delivery can be arranged and payments for the paper goods can be handed to the company when customers pay for the office cleaning fees.
    After making their payment, customers can e-mail the bank-in slip and their signed order form to airpuri[email protected]. The company will follow up with delivery matters after payment is confirmed. Thank you for your cooperation!

  4. Delivery Arrangement
    Normal products are usually dispatched within 5 to 10 working days upon confirmation of payment. Special products, or bulk orders may take longer to dispatch. Specific arrangements will be confirmed with the customer at order confirmation.
    The company must receive prior notice if the delivery is made to a building without a lift. The company shall assess customer’s request based on actual circumstances and respond if delivery can be arranged. If the company has not received prior notification about such delivery, the company has the right to decide not to walk up the stairs for delivery, and collection would be completed on the ground level.
  5. The company may adjust the above terms based on actual circumstances without prior notice to customers. The company reserves the final right of interpretation and its decision shall be final.
