Thank you for your cooperation!<\/li>\n<li>Delivery Arrangement<br \/>\nNormal products are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 working days upon confirmation of payment. Special products, or bulk orders may take longer to dispatch. Specific arrangements will be confirmed with the customer at order confirmation.<br \/>\n(i) The company must receive prior notice if the delivery is made to a building without a lift. The company shall assess customer\u2019s request based on actual circumstances and respond if delivery can be arranged. If the company has not received prior notification about such delivery, the company has the right to decide not to walk up the stairs for delivery, and collection would be completed on the ground level.<br \/>\n(ii) If the customer&#8217;s delivery address is a construction site, please arrange to collect the delivery at the entrance.<br \/>\n(iii)\u00a0As the company usually delivers on 5.5-tonne trucks, please confirm the height limit of your carpark, and whether it can be accessed by a 5.5-truck. If the truck cannot enter the carpark, please notify the company in advance to discuss delivery arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery Area<br \/>\nDelivery service covers commercial buildings, shops and shopping centres in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery service is not available to residential addresses or outlying islands. For delivery to outlying islands, customers can choose to receive the order at the pier. The company reserves the right of final decision.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery Fee<br \/>\nOrder amount HK$1,300.00 or above are entitled to free delivery service offered by the company. Additional delivery charges (HK$300.00) will be applied if order amount is less than HK$1,300.00. Customers can also choose to pick up their order from the company.
